With more than 44 years of experience in learning and organizational development, including 37 years in senior leadership roles—Steve has worked across public and private organizations. He specializes in supporting individuals and small groups on cross-functional initiatives that improve employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and business results. Steve's work integrates education, psychology, and business with a strong emphasis on practical application. He holds degrees from Northern Kentucky University and the University of Cincinnati.
